Strife (Game)

I know this is a bit diferent from what you people are used to see here, but i decided to share this one.

Recently i had the chance of re-play some old games from my youth (not that im that old) and one of them is Strife. This game is from 1996 and uses the same engine from Doom and Doom 2. In my opinion this is one underated game, it never had the deserved recognition from general public and critics.

It has all, great weapons,wonderfull scenarios, spoken dialogs, cool humour, and it offers a serious challenge in higher difficulties. To be honest i enjoy more playing this game than any other new game of the same genre.

If you are a fan (like me) of old school gaming, this is a must play game.

In the pack i post here, there is the possibility to play this game in all his majesty. Simply extract the contents from the rar file "zdoom-2.5.0" to a folder and paste the 2 wad files in that same folder and play away.

PS: In the future i will post more lost jewels like this one, currently im trying to find a way play with quality games like Blood, Shadow Warrior, Duke Nukem 3d in the current OS (XP, Vista,7)...stay tuned.
